Coolest 4th of July Festival Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Coolest 4th of July Festival, County Courthouse, Fort Davis, Texas, managed by the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce. Please read this description and fill out the application completely. At the end, be sure to submit the application. You will receive a copy of your submission with the email you provide in this digital form.
Call the Fort Davis Chamber of Commerce with any questions or if you would like help in filling out this application. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM, 432-426-3015. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer your call or if you call after our regular business hours.
2023 Festival Dates:
Set up – Friday, June 30, 2023, before 4 PM/ after 8 PM or Saturday, July 1, 2023, before 9AM
Day One (optional) – Friday, June 30, 2023, 4PM – 8 PM
Day Two – Saturday, July 1, 2023, 10 AM – 8 PM
Day Three – Sunday, July 2, 2023, 12 PM – 8 PM
Spaces may be cleared after Sunday evening and must be cleared by Monday, July 3, 2023, at 9 AM
Vendor Information and Pricing:
Vendor spaces are 15 feet by 15 feet. Spaces will be filled based on who fills out the application first (on a first sign-up basis based on the time you complete this digital form). You may request below to pick your spot on a first sign-up basis by paying an additional $50, otherwise a spot will be assigned to you.
Nonprofit vendor – $60 per space – you must be a 2023 FDCOC Member to take advantage of this discount
Merchant/Information vendor – $150 per space
Food vendor – $250 per space
Electricity plug – $30 per outlet
If your booth takes more than 15 feet, you must purchase a second space.
After you fill out this application you will receive a record of your answers on the email you provide. We will be in touch within 10 business days confirming your application, assigning or allowing you to pick your spot, as well as billing you for all costs associated with your application.
